If you feel the need for a bit more energy management than just DZ, [[Castigation Signet] is a good choice. [[Zealot's Fire] is a fun one to use, the -1 energy isn't that noticeable as long as you don't spam the hell out of everything.
PvE skills are always nice. [[Seed of Life] and what not.
Only if you're trying to maintain it on one person, the -1 pip and 10 cost of Judge's can end up hurting in the long run.
Edit: Also depends if you're playing in HM and what the primary enemy is.
Ex: Assassins double strike and have a fast attack speed, giving you good energy return from DZ, in HM they attack 50% faster, giving you even more energy, along with a higher chance to critical strike.
Casters do tend to wand things, but in between casting spells, so the effectiveness of DZ is diminished.
